We are continiously working to expand our product offering. If you see something that is not listed on the website please reach out to us and we will do our best to find the part.

We are doing our best to avoid out of stocks as much as possible, however this is sometimes unavoidable. If you are interested in a more detailed back in stock date please reach out to us via the contact form.

You can view the latest Pickup details on the Checkout page. FoamDartPoint also attends local events in the Netherlands, please reach out to us via info@foamdartpoint.com so we can arrange a time and date to handover the order. 

We currently deliver to The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and Denmark. We are also working on expanding to offer worldwide shipping soon.

It normally takes 2-3 working days from the time of placing the order.

We can only update your shipping address if your order has not been dispatched yet. Please email us the updated address, and we will change it for you. In the subject line of the message, indicate “Change my shipping address”, followed by your order number.

Please email us if it appears that your package is lost.  

 

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return policy instead.
