Due to severe winter weather, local parcel collections by PostNL and DPD may be temporarily disrupted. Domestic deliveries are currently the main bottleneck due to limited last-mile capacity and depot backlogs. International shipments may continue where possible, although delays are also being reported in Germany and France.
